Ismael Negri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gus Weir's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Real Chelsea's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Timothy Thorne in the 14th minute. When Kelvin Oldham fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Chelsea's protests and gave Kelvin Oldham a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Real Chelsea getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Kelvin Oldham hit a great ball. Plan B's Ismael Negri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Plan B from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Plan B's Ismael Negri got control of the ball when Tyler Tolley tried to sneak it across the goal line. Plan B's Ismael Negri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gus Weir in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Plan B's goalkeeper Ismael Negri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Comunardo Prandini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Ove Abrahamsson in the 25th minute of play. Ismael Negri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timothy Thorne in the 26th minute of the match. Comunardo Prandini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Plan B. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The supporters of Real Chelsea booed when Plan B was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Weldon Myrick didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute, Tyler Tolley left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Chelsea fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Nedko Tzokev hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tyler Tolley in the 73rd minute of play forced Plan B's goalkeeper Ismael Negri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 82 minutes, Ernst Rolf managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plan B's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernst Rolf was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Real Chelsea had won after a very even match.
