Miguel Almiron scored 6-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guaberto Cucao, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Baltasar Sancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Dominic, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There was no doubt that Sacro Balompié were the better team. Sacro Balompié's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
