Albano Unzueta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Will Patton's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The Los once leones Ourense fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Edelmiro Calvo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Şükür Hagi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albano Unzueta having to make a save.

The wind increased when Şükür Hagi made the kick off in the second half. Nereo Cacheres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 50th minute of the match, but Grant Blacknell made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şükür Hagi in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albano Unzueta prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
