Grant Blacknell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. PREZULO FC were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Leicester Lions's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Shi Xi Zhen took the corner. The corner led PREZULO FC's Samuel Jobo to fire away a dangerous shot which Grant Blacknell despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the Leicester Lions defense, Samuel Jobo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Grant Blacknell. The Leicester Lions fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Grant Blacknell should have stopped the shot. If Turgut Soyuer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 38 played minutes Leicester Lions got a freekick which was hit by Michal Budzyn. Grant Blacknell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turgut Soyuer in the 40th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Will Patton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Jarbas Quadros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 45th minute of the match, Albano Jaunzuria tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Grant Blacknell saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Turgut Soyuer made the kick off in the second half. Şükür Hagi might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jarbas Quadros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Şükür Hagi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 52nd match minute, Leicester Lions was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Budzyn to maneuver through the defense. 53 minutes into the match, Leicester Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Turgut Soyuer came free, but Grant Blacknell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of PREZULO FC booed when Leicester Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denzil Howarth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Turgut Soyuer scored 5-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Grant Blacknell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. PREZULO FC made a substitution. Isaac Ferreira replaced Turgut Soyuer. PREZULO FC's He Xiao was substituted for Jonathan Otto. PREZULO FC's Betão de Brito was substituted for Saulão Chettle. The throw-in from Michal Budzyn in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by PREZULO FC's Albano Jaunzuria. Grant Blacknell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from He Xiao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, He Xiao ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Grant Blacknell was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Grant Blacknell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Ferreira in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, PREZULO FC's goalkeeper Jarbas Quadros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şükür Hagi. If He Xiao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betão de Brito in the 84th minute of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Isaac Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PREZULO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaac Ferreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Grant Blacknell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Ferreira in the 90th minute of play. Grant Blacknell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betão de Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Denzil Howarth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grant Blacknell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. PREZULO FC fully deserved thier win.
