The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute Jardel Nóbrega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achille Albanesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Téo Silva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dave Pierucci's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Téo Silva made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Dave Pierucci sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th minute, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Dave Pierucci ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Téo Silva. Téo Silva yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Thanks to some nice moves Fulvio Grande could shoot a difficult shot in the 14th minute, which Téo Silva however easily saved by the left post. 17 minutes into the match, Fulvio Grande dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Téo Silva, 3-0. Téo Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Pierucci in the 23rd minute of the match. Téo Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Pierucci in the 29th minute of play. Fulvio Grande could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Téo Silva made a huge save. 34 minutes into the game, Dave Pierucci lined in a short shot 4-0 behind a frustrated Téo Silva. Dave Pierucci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Téo Silva having to make a save. In the 41st minute, Teodor Cãpraru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Téo Silva was a little too slow when Fulvio Grande got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jardel Nóbrega to make the kick off. Dave Pierucci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Téo Silva having to make a save. A collision led to S.S.C. NAPOLI getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Jakub Moder hit a great ball. Achille Albanesi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 60th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Zhuo Cheng Xiang. With a little luck, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Achille Albanesi got control of the ball when Luís Guilherme Trancoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. S.S.C. NAPOLI's Ciccio Bassani was substituted for Fulvio Grande. Pereiras FC's Marcelo Batista was substituted for Fabrício Rocha. A collision led to Pereiras FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Silvinho de Queirós hit a great ball. S.S.C. NAPOLI's Corrado Silvestre was substituted for Fulvio Muzzolon. In the 72nd match minute, Pereiras FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvinho de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 76 in the game by Luís Guilherme Trancoso from a close distance when the talented Achille Albanesi managed to make a qualified save. S.S.C. NAPOLI's players were relieved. 77 minutes into the match, Pereiras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciccio Bassani came free, but Téo Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michel Dijkman hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Marcelo Batista, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Dave Pierucci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Téo Silva having to make a save. Dave Pierucci scored 6-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Téo Silva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
