Pereiras FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fulvio Grande was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Téo Silva came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by S.S.C. NAPOLI's Ciccio Bassani. But to his dismay, Ciccio Bassani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Téo Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulvio Muzzolon, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Téo Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulvio Muzzolon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fulvio Muzzolon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Téo Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Nixon in the 18th minute of play. Achille Albanesi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksi Puhakainen in the 21st minute of play. Téo Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulvio Grande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Fulvio Muzzolon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Téo Silva was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Achille Albanesi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berbiz Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisão Linares in the 36th minute of play forced S.S.C. NAPOLI's goalkeeper Achille Albanesi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Achille Albanesi made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Casper Damm sent off a good shot on target. S.S.C. With an all-out effort, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Téo Silva threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Richard Nixon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 57 minutes into the match, Pereiras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fulvio Grande came free, but Téo Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Téo Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulvio Grande in the 60th minute of the match. Téo Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciccio Bassani in the 61st minute of play. Téo Silva made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Fulvio Muzzolon sent off a good shot on target. Pereiras FC made a substitution. Daniel Maia replaced Gualter Pitta. S.S.C. NAPOLI made a substitution. Jakub Moder replaced Fulvio Muzzolon. Jardel Nóbrega's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Achille Albanesi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Dave Pierucci ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Téo Silva. Téo Silva yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Dave Pierucci might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Téo Silva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dave Pierucci ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Pierucci in the 92nd minute of play forced Pereiras FC's goalkeeper Téo Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. S.S.C. NAPOLI made a substitution. Corrado Silvestre replaced Fabrício Carmo. In the 95th minute Jardel Nóbrega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achille Albanesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The S.S.C. NAPOLI players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
