In the 3rd minute, Radamel-Falcao García made a precise shot to the right of George Forsyth. CD Municipal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 7 minutes of play, CD Municipal's Iacob Roman made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucas Duarte was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s zone, Enrique Cassaretto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Duarte came out of the goal and Enrique Cassaretto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. George Forsyth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radamel-Falcao García in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the game, CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucas Duarte made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 17th minute of the game Lennart Danekjær made a throw-in which Raymon Tramontes played forward. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, George Forsyth successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Radamel-Falcao García scored 2-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of George Forsyth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucas Duarte came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto. But to his dismay, Enrique Cassaretto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Radamel-Falcao García sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Cassaretto in the 36th minute of the match. CD Municipal's Oliver Ramon managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Raymon Tramontes in the 41 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Cassaretto in the 44th minute of play forced E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s goalkeeper Lucas Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half CD Municipal were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A sloppy throw-in by Raymon Tramontes in the 60th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by CD Municipal's Oliver Ramon. The supporters of CD Municipal booed when E L C O K O F C ® E V G ® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raymon Tramontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. CD Municipal's Tulio Andinyach was substituted for Evtim Kúrdzhev. In the 62nd minute, Raymon Tramontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th match minute, E L C O K O F C ® E V G ® was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stelios Tsilikas to maneuver through the defense. E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s Ordono Balda was substituted for Tiago Clavell. E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s Boris Gustavsson was substituted for Martial Haas. E L C O K O F C ® E V G ® made a substitution. Louis Alebio replaced Radamel-Falcao García. Lucas Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Cassaretto in the 73rd minute of play. Gunnar Ekrot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Lucas Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Duarte was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Enrique Cassaretto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Enrique Cassaretto really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s Lucas Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Cassaretto in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Enrique Cassaretto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lucas Duarte. The goal made the score 2-5. Lando Lavet made in the 88th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ordono Balda immediately put the ball in play. A collision led to E L C O K O F C ® E V G ® getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Lennart Danekjær hit a great ball. George Forsyth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ordono Balda, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Enrique Cassaretto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Lucas Duarte made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Enrique Cassaretto managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD Municipal's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrique Cassaretto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Duarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The E L C O K O F C ® E V G ® fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CD Municipal were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
