In the 7thth minute of the game Leopoldo Liberto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gremio Viana's Samuel Fiúza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquim Paredes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Moron having to make a save. Daniel Moron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Paredes, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Leopoldo Liberto took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Fiúza. Samuel Fiúza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After some careless play in the Gremio Viana defense, Leopoldo Liberto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Samuel Fiúza. The Gremio Viana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Samuel Fiúza should have stopped the shot. 28 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Liberto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Samuel Fiúza. Gremio Viana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leopoldo Liberto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 31st minute Boulogne del Ciclón were awarded a corner. Eugène Riera went to the cornerflag to take it. 33 minutes into the match, Gremio Viana's goalkeeper Samuel Fiúza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leopoldo Liberto. Eugène Riera hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Leopoldo Liberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Samuel Fiúza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Liberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel Fiúza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Liberto in the 41st minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Boulogne del Ciclón's Samuel Fiúza threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leopoldo Liberto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Joaquim Paredes made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Moron didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquim Paredes went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. 60 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Liberto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Samuel Fiúza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Boulogne del Ciclón made a substitution. Liu Zhen Ang replaced Gogo Gabrio. Boulogne del Ciclón's Diego Quetara was substituted for Leopoldo Liberto. When Bonifacio Monte came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Boulogne del Ciclón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bonifacio Monte couldn't finish the play. Gremio Viana made a substitution. Carlos Luna replaced Joaquim Paredes. Gremio Viana's Samuel Fiúza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Monte in the 68th minute of play. Gremio Viana's Antonio Calisto was substituted for Tony Påk. 77 minutes into the game, Augustin Panaiteanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gremio Viana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boulogne del Ciclón the free kick. In the 78th minute, Augustin Panaiteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Diego Quetara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. In the 87th minute Liu Zhen Ang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Fiúza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Gremio Viana defense, Bonifacio Monte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Samuel Fiúza. The Gremio Viana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Samuel Fiúza should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Boulogne del Ciclón getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Roberto Basile hit a great ball. Samuel Fiúza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Quetara in the 95th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Boulogne del Ciclón fully deserved thier win.
