The crowd rose to their feet as Joaquim Paredes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Big Saver. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Irinel Bîlbă was substituted for Adam Tănăsie. The supporters of Gremio Viana booed when -BZF- Barca de Buzau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dênis Hermes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Marc Gol threw the ball into play from the sideline. Gremio Viana's Amado Melo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Big Saver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Melo in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 26th minute Tony Påk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Big Saver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquim Paredes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Big Saver proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save -BZF- Barca de Buzau from getting a goal against them. A collision led to -BZF- Barca de Buzau getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jock Tare hit a great ball. The long shot by Albi Koka in the 36th minute really tested Big Saver's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Joaquim Paredes came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Gremio Viana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquim Paredes couldn't finish the play. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Big Saver proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save -BZF- Barca de Buzau from getting a goal against them. Samuel Fiúza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jock Tare, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Big Saver came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Gremio Viana's Joaquim Paredes. But to his dismay, Joaquim Paredes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Big Saver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Paredes in the 57th minute of play. A throw-in in the 64th minute of the game was made by Marc Gol with Jock Tare as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Big Saver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Luna in the 69th minute of play. Big Saver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Luna, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Leonard Chiru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gremio Viana made a substitution. Big Saver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Luna in the 91st minute of play. After 92 played minutes -BZF- Barca de Buzau got a freekick which was hit by Shi Jun. 93 minutes into the match, Carlos Luna notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Big Saver. Big Saver was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gremio Viana walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
