FC Gdansk36's supporters rose to their feet, but Iggi Kot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joacim First breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Kang Ning Yu fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pinhote FC's protests and gave Kang Ning Yu a yellow card for diving instead. Kang Ning Yu hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Adam Matysek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holger Siöberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Guo Ming sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute Holger Siöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Matysek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Pinhote FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
