After 21 minutes of play, Callegari's Barnaba Kolba made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Urtats was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rubinho Lago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Norino in the 27th minute. Rubinho Lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teta Grande, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teta Grande in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rubinho Lago saved Callegari from getting behind. After some careless play in the Knight Of Dawn defense, Barnaba Kolba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denis Urtats. The Knight Of Dawn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denis Urtats should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Callegari's Barnaba Kolba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Denis Urtats narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 47 played minutes Callegari got a freekick which was hit by Grigoris Gavril. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Barnaba Kolba made a kick off. Barnaba Kolba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Denis Urtats made a huge save. After 69 played minutes Callegari got a freekick which was hit by Hamílton Sampaio. Callegari's Marcelinho Sergipano was substituted for Fred Monteiro. After 71 played minutes Callegari got a freekick which was hit by Hamílton Sampaio. Denis Urtats showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taco Van Der Hoorn in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taco Van Der Hoorn in the 83rd minute of play forced Knight Of Dawn's goalkeeper Denis Urtats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Knight Of Dawn's Denis Urtats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taco Van Der Hoorn in the 84th minute of play. Callegari's Rubinho Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qiu Yuan Jun in the 86th minute of play. The supporters of Callegari booed when Knight Of Dawn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Porfírio Quirino didn't get a good kick on the ball.
