Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) When Thomás Terra came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the EngTULIO&Tupipano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomás Terra couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute, David Ageeh Clayton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Ernani Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montesclarense E.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ernani Tavares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fan Guang Lin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Montesclarense E.C. getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Pedro Luís Arósio hit a great ball. Tostão Cardoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Vizitiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After having played for 12 minutes, André Vizitiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EngTULIO&Tupipano's supporters crossed their fingers, but André Vizitiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. EngTULIO&Tupipano were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Montesclarense E.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wanderson Sabóia took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulão Medeiros in the 18th minute of play forced EngTULIO&Tupipano's goalkeeper Fan Guang Lin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulão Medeiros's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fan Guang Lin firmly grabbed it by the left post. Fan Guang Lin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulão Medeiros in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute Montesclarense E.C. were awarded a corner. Ernani Tavares went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Montesclarense E.C.'s Ernani Tavares to fire away a dangerous shot which Fan Guang Lin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in EngTULIO&Tupipano's zone, José Alejandro Giménez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fan Guang Lin came out of the goal and José Alejandro Giménez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Paulão Medeiros put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fan Guang Lin. Mauro Palomar made in the 29th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Montesclarense E.C.'s Jorge Sá. Fan Guang Lin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Eger in the 34th minute of play. After 35 minutes, Thomás Terra made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Montesclarense E.C.'s Tostão Cardoso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Paulão Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulão Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tostão Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Vizitiu in the 42nd minute of play. Túlio Sharkin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute Túlio Sharkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tostão Cardoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Fanis Tsangaris hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Fan Guang Lin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernani Tavares in the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Montesclarense E.C.'s José Alejandro Giménez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fan Guang Lin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Montesclarense E.C.'s Paulão Medeiros got a free kick in the 59th minute. 62 minutes into the match, EngTULIO&Tupipano's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Eger came free, but Fan Guang Lin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fan Guang Lin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If André Luís Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Montesclarense E.C.'s Tostão Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iuri Andrade in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, EngTULIO&Tupipano's Thomás Terra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tostão Cardoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tostão Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Túlio Sharkin in the 83rd minute of the match. Marcos Eger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Fan Guang Lin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Túlio Sharkin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tostão Cardoso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Thomás Terra showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 90 minute of play. When the match was over EngTULIO&Tupipano could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Montesclarense E.C. throughout the match.
