Compostela FSCMZ's Cesar Peyo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Compostela FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Curcio Carballeira in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cesar Peyo saved Compostela FSCMZ from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Curcio Carballeira put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cesar Peyo. 17 minutes into the match, Compostela FSCMZ's goalkeeper Cesar Peyo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Curcio Carballeira. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justino Loramendi in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jairo Castellano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Henrico Del Bosque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Curcio Carballeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Cesar Peyo made a huge save. Xiao Yang Xuan's late challenge caught a Compostela FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xiao Yang Xuan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Club Getafe Deportivo's Xiao Yang Xuan got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Curcio Carballeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 30 minutes into the match, Compostela FSCMZ's goalkeeper Cesar Peyo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Curcio Carballeira. Cesar Peyo was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Curcio Carballeira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Curcio Carballeira really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. The Club Getafe Deportivo fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Club Getafe Deportivo's Curcio Carballeira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Henrico Del Bosque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Cesar Peyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th play minute Curcio Carballeira came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cesar Peyo. 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Curcio Carballeira to make the kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Curcio Carballeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Compostela FSCMZ's Cesar Peyo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dragoş Ţiţeica kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Compostela FSCMZ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! Compostela FSCMZ:s Cesar Peyo showed great skill when he stopped Curcio Carballeira:s penalty. The supporters of Compostela FSCMZ booed when Club Getafe Deportivo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Curcio Carballeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Curcio Carballeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Compostela FSCMZ's Cesar Peyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curcio Carballeira in the 64th minute of play. Cesar Peyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Curcio Carballeira in the 65th minute of the match. Club Getafe Deportivo's Jairo Castellano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chicão Cerezo in the 73rd minute of play. Jairo Castellano made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Chicão Cerezo sent off a good shot on target. Club Getafe Deportivo's Víctor Feal was substituted for Laurgain Lama. Compostela FSCMZ made a substitution. Naldo Figueiredo replaced Robert Kornatowski. Club Getafe Deportivo made a substitution. Vlad Ţăranu replaced Henrico Del Bosque. Alex Ortiz made in the 84th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Club Getafe Deportivo's Iosu Bastida. Jairo Castellano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naldo Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cesar Peyo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Curcio Carballeira went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Cesar Peyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Curcio Carballeira in the 91st minute of the match. Jairo Castellano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaroslaw Niezgoda in the 94th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Club Getafe Deportivo's Orlo Sarrate seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Orlo Sarrate the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Club Getafe Deportivo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Orlo Sarrate had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 93 minutes into the game, one of Club Getafe Deportivo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jairo Castellano went to the wrong direction when Mauro Paulista was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Jairo Castellano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaroslaw Niezgoda's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. In the 98th minute, Boruc Poling left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Compostela FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1.
