Hartmann Futebol Clube's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Kim Van Gysel scored to the left of an out of position Jefferson Oliveira, making the score, 1-0. In the 12th minute Zeus Müller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jo Maerschalcx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Anselmo Rosado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute Faas Romário shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jo Maerschalcx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jefferson Oliveira came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by SK Dreigoten's Sam Roelants. But to his dismay, Sam Roelants quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. SK Dreigoten's Jo Maerschalcx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeus Müller in the 27th minute of play. Jo Maerschalcx stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zeus Müller's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Jo Maerschalcx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeus Müller in the 35th minute of play. Kim Van Gysel hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Jo Maerschalcx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svante Magnusson, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 45 minutes into the match, SK Dreigoten's goal looked a bit too open when Zeus Müller came free, but Jo Maerschalcx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Floris Van Glabeeke kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SK Dreigoten's zone, Zeus Müller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jo Maerschalcx came out of the goal and Zeus Müller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Zeus Müller made the kick off in the second half. Jo Maerschalcx made an important save on a dangerous shot by Svante Magnusson in the 51st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Svante Magnusson in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jo Maerschalcx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 54 minutes into the match, SK Dreigoten's goal looked a bit too open when Zeus Müller came free, but Jo Maerschalcx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th match minute, Hartmann Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiktor Askelöf to maneuver through the defense. Jo Maerschalcx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Jo Maerschalcx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faas Romário, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. SK Dreigoten's Jo Maerschalcx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save SK Dreigoten from getting a goal against them.
