But to his dismay, Mikolaj Giertych quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mikolaj Giertych might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eulalio Bastian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikolaj Giertych ran back to his position shaking his head. ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Kang Ying Hai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save ..Villa Rugby Club.. from getting a goal against them. Mikolaj Giertych sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Abelardo Magallanes in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Enrique Gaur. 30 minutes into the game, Mikolaj Giertych cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eulalio Bastian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Mikolaj Giertych came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the ..Villa Rugby Club.. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikolaj Giertych couldn't finish the play. Kang Ying Hai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodrigo Palacios in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Pipis Vattimos threw the ball into play from the sideline. ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Enrique Gaur quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodrigo Palacios got free with Kang Ying Hai in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mikolaj Giertych received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Eulalio Bastian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mikolaj Giertych stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eulalio Bastian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mikolaj Giertych's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. ..Villa Rugby Club.. were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Deportivo Mandiyu's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adan Rufio took the corner. Eulalio Bastian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mikolaj Giertych's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Rodrigo Palacios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Deportivo Mandiyu defense, Mikolaj Giertych kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eulalio Bastian. The Deportivo Mandiyu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eulalio Bastian should have stopped the shot. ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Olaf Cebula was substituted for Mikolaj Giertych. ..Villa Rugby Club.. made a substitution. Flavio Perez replaced Cavad Lider. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zhu Bin Kun in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kang Ying Hai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Deportivo Mandiyu's Eulalio Bastian got control of the ball when Olaf Cebula tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Perez in the 71st minute of play forced Deportivo Mandiyu's goalkeeper Eulalio Bastian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deportivo Mandiyu made a substitution. Rayan MacQueen replaced Bonifacio Mikelar. Deportivo Mandiyu's Florian Petruzzi was substituted for Rodrigo Palacios. Ramiro Lleir made in the 77th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Deportivo Mandiyu's Abelardo Magallanes. In the 78th minute, Rayan MacQueen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Deportivo Mandiyu's Eulalio Bastian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Perez in the 81st minute of play. After a rather tough play, ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Aldo Zumiel got a free kick in the 84th minute. Eulalio Bastian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mandiyu's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Perez came free, but Eulalio Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eulalio Bastian was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Olaf Cebula showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 89 minute of play. Roberto Cherro struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Kang Ying Hai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Mandiyu. 95 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mandiyu's goal looked a bit too open when Olaf Cebula came free, but Eulalio Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
