Albert Linberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Cervezanegra A.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Dževad Kasimović made a great header on Cervezanegra A.C.'s corner, it was just that Elderslie Magpies's Christian Kerville managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfonso Goicoechea in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Kerville prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ralph Gorham during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Ralph Gorham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian Kerville was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Pablo Solari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cervezanegra A.C. made a substitution. Clemente Olentzaro replaced Albert Linberg. Christian Kerville showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Solari in the 79th minute of the match. Cervezanegra A.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
