Zhao Sen Yang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Delyan Súrnev having to make a save. Ivan Chiuzbaian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Rix in the 10th minute of play. Delyan Súrnev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhao Sen Yang in the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Zhao Sen Yang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Zhao Sen Yang's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delyan Súrnev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Zhao Sen Yang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Delyan Súrnev was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomas Rix got free with Ivan Chiuzbaian in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The throw-in from Rostislav Filchovski in the 21st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Ricardo Jenaro. Delyan Súrnev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhao Sen Yang in the 22nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Zhao Sen Yang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Zhao Sen Yang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delyan Súrnev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Delyan Súrnev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhao Sen Yang in the 25th minute of the match. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Laziali's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stasio Bienienda took the corner. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Laziali's goalkeeper Delyan Súrnev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Delyan Súrnev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zhao Sen Yang's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zhao Sen Yang in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delyan Súrnev saved Laziali from getting behind. Laziali's Rostislav Filchovski suffered a concussion after 34 minutes and had to leave the field. Emil Wielopolski charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emil Wielopolski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Laziali booed when Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Wielopolski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Zhao Sen Yang looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Diyan Kontev made in the 51st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Kosta Kúnov immediately put the ball in play. Delyan Súrnev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zhao Sen Yang went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Laziali defense, Zhao Sen Yang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delyan Súrnev. The Laziali fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delyan Súrnev should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute, Zhao Sen Yang made a precise shot to the right of Delyan Súrnev. Laziali's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. In the 63rd minute Darin Gladichev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Chiuzbaian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diyan Kontev made in the 64th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Velichko Shindarov immediately put the ball in play. In the 67thth minute of the game Zhao Sen Yang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laziali's Delyan Súrnev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 69th minute Zhao Sen Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delyan Súrnev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Zhao Sen Yang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Laziali's Delyan Súrnev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Laziali from getting a goal against them. Delyan Súrnev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zhao Sen Yang in the 77th minute. Laziali's Delyan Súrnev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhao Sen Yang in the 78th minute of play. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Stasio Bienienda was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Delyan Súrnev in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rusi Chaushev in the 82nd minute of play forced Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Ivan Chiuzbaian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Zhao Sen Yang in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Laziali's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- booed when Laziali was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Velichko Shindarov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivan Chiuzbaian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darin Gladichev, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Laziali's Darin Gladichev managed to work through Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Darin Gladichev dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Ivan Chiuzbaian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darin Gladichev in the 95th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
