After a rather tough play, Red Reign's Jeremias Castulo got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Mathijs Rokeloos scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dawid Ratulowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Maximo Villamarin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jean-Louis Van Bever read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute Maximo Villamarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Louis Van Bever saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute of the match Red Reign got a corner. KFC Cromvelde's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Xavion Sorriva ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dawid Ratulowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathijs Rokeloos in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Villamarin in the 25th minute of play forced KFC Cromvelde's goalkeeper Jean-Louis Van Bever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jochen Van den Panhuizen made in the 35th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Mathijs Rokeloos. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximo Villamarin in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jean-Louis Van Bever saved KFC Cromvelde from getting behind. In the 37th minute Maximo Villamarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Louis Van Bever saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Red Reign's goal looked a bit too open when Mathijs Rokeloos came free, but Dawid Ratulowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Mathijs Rokeloos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dawid Ratulowski was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Dé 武松 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Dawid Ratulowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mathijs Rokeloos to make the kick off. A collision led to Red Reign getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Lopez Portanares hit a great ball. Dawid Ratulowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mathijs Rokeloos went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Dawid Ratulowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathijs Rokeloos in the 61st minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, KFC Cromvelde's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Villamarin came free, but Jean-Louis Van Bever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Dawid Ratulowski managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when KFC Cromvelde's Mathijs Rokeloos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Red Reign booed when KFC Cromvelde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosmin Contra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dé 武松 who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Dawid Ratulowski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Villamarin in the 87th minute of play forced KFC Cromvelde's goalkeeper Jean-Louis Van Bever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Mathijs Rokeloos took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Dawid Ratulowski to make any attempt to save it. 93 minutes into the game, Dé 武松 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Dawid Ratulowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle sounded KFC Cromvelde left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Red Reign.
