Ogro F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 22 minutes into the match, KFC Cromvelde's goal looked a bit too open when Jerônimo Vergílio came free, but Jean-Louis Van Bever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mathijs Rokeloos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Karl-Heinz Kaltz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alysson Rezende having to interfere. A collision led to Ogro F.C. getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Tanek Poreda hit a great ball. Cosmin Contra struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Alysson Rezende didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KFC Cromvelde. Igor Cavalera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alysson Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Heinz Kaltz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute Ogro F.C. were awarded a corner. Jerônimo Vergílio went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jerônimo Vergílio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jean-Louis Van Bever quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 74th minute Igor Cavalera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Louis Van Bever saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ogro F.C.'s Igor Cavalera in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KFC Cromvelde's goalie prevented a goal. 75 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Ogro F.C.'s Igor Cavalera fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. Jean-Louis Van Bever made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mike Mangini in the 79th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mathijs Rokeloos in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alysson Rezende prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute, Mathijs Rokeloos made a precise shot to the right of Alysson Rezende. Ogro F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mike Mangini in the 90th minute of play forced KFC Cromvelde's goalkeeper Jean-Louis Van Bever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute Ogro F.C. were awarded a corner. Jerônimo Vergílio went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ogro F.C.'s corner João Barone fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jean-Louis Van Bever quite easily take care of the ball. Alysson Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathijs Rokeloos, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. KFC Cromvelde's Jean-Louis Van Bever played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Minnemann in the 96th minute of play. The Ogro F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching KFC Cromvelde's performance. The match ended with a win for KFC Cromvelde.
