Xosepe Villamizar charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xosepe Villamizar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 16 played minutes Red Reign got a freekick which was hit by Xosepe Villamizar. Red Reign were furious when Zigor Ardanza was red carded, 20 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 20th minute, one of Red Reign:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Red Reign. Rogério Vidal scored 1-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dawid Ratulowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Lopez Portanares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rogério Vidal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dawid Ratulowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Rogério Vidal slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 32nd minute. Xie Ying Cheng hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute of the match, Rogério Vidal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dawid Ratulowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fábio Silva hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Fábio Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Dawid Ratulowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avery Novak in the 52nd minute of play. Hurtado Briceño struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Rosendo Oinatz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Reign. When Xavion Sorriva fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Red Reign's protests and gave Xavion Sorriva a yellow card for diving instead. Xavion Sorriva hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Avery Novak made a precise shot to the right of Dawid Ratulowski. Red Reign's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1.
