The supporters of Przemysl booed when Garanhão do SUL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Gama didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timo Werner in the 8th minute of play forced Garanhão do SUL's goalkeeper Ignatius Casasola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 played minutes Garanhão do SUL got a freekick which was hit by António Gama. Ignatius Casasola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waclaw Dubiel in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waclaw Dubiel in the 20th minute of play forced Garanhão do SUL's goalkeeper Ignatius Casasola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Garanhão do SUL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Timo Werner was slow to take the kick. During this time Przemysl's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Przemysl's Boguslaw Ciszewski got a free kick in the 23rd minute. When Edgar Costa came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Garanhão do SUL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Costa couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Waclaw Dubiel in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignatius Casasola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ignatius Casasola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tymoteusz Wodaszak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Przemysl! Ignatius Casasola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariusz Rydzyk in the 34th minute of play. Przemysl were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Garanhão do SUL's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Timo Werner took the corner. Zygmunt Zacharczyk was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 41 minutes into the match, Garanhão do SUL's goal looked a bit too open when Waclaw Dubiel came free, but Ignatius Casasola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Przemysl getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Mariusz Gruchacz hit a great ball. The Przemysl fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Przemysl's Tymoteusz Wodaszak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgar Costa was the one to do the kick off. Akis Kefallinos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Jeffry Latuperisa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zygmunt Zacharczyk during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edgar Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Jeffry Latuperisa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 minutes of play, Garanhão do SUL's André Roriz made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeffry Latuperisa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Akis Kefallinos's late challenge caught a Przemysl's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. In the 61st minute, Akis Kefallinos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Garanhão do SUL made a substitution. Albano Leizarraga replaced Edgar Costa. Garanhão do SUL's Amado Vigário was substituted for Torcato Rebocho. If Waclaw Dubiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garanhão do SUL's Ignatius Casasola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogdan Hodas in the 73rd minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, André Roriz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeffry Latuperisa. Przemysl's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that André Roriz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Albano Leizarraga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garanhão do SUL's supporters rose to their feet, but Albano Leizarraga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeffry Latuperisa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute, Timo Werner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Akis Kefallinos scored 4-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeffry Latuperisa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Przemysl's Mariusz Rydzyk got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Garanhão do SUL had won after a very even match.
