The corner led Alvinegro de Tupã's Silvinho Meira to fire away a dangerous shot which Armando Gazza despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Acatincăi in the 18th minute of play forced Alvinegro de Tupã's goalkeeper Karl Martin Bell Burnell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Gazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rashad Bartlett, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Armando Gazza came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Alvinegro de Tupã's Deng Shu Kuan. But to his dismay, Deng Shu Kuan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Juventus PTM's Cristinel Mihalcea quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Silvinho Meira, made in the 26th minute of the game. In the 27th minute, Alex Acatincăi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Armando Gazza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rashad Bartlett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raimundo Espírito Santo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Alvinegro de Tupã got a freekick which was hit by Silvinho Meira. 58 minutes into the match, Alvinegro de Tupã's goal looked a bit too open when Yenal Tanır came free, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deng Shu Kuan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Armando Gazza made a huge save. In the 62nd minute, Arí Mello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Vidar Albäck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juventus PTM's supporters rose to their feet, but Vidar Albäck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl Martin Bell Burnell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yenal Tanır scored 1-2 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl Martin Bell Burnell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Juventus PTM made a substitution. Ferdinand Honcioiu replaced Raimundo Espírito Santo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferdinand Honcioiu in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl Martin Bell Burnell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 78 played minutes Alvinegro de Tupã got a freekick which was hit by Åke Hellström. Ferdinand Honcioiu might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl Martin Bell Burnell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ferdinand Honcioiu ran back to his position shaking his head. Ferdinand Honcioiu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute Yenal Tanır shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Juventus PTM's goal looked a bit too open when Deng Shu Kuan came free, but Armando Gazza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Juventus PTM fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Juventus PTM's Yenal Tanır looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 89th minute, Yenal Tanır ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karl Martin Bell Burnell was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Alvinegro de Tupã players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Juventus PTM.
