Vinicio Junior scored 0-4 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jurand Bryk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Bairoletto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aníbal Alagoano came free, but Jurand Bryk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jenipapo SC's David Seaman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Jenipapo SC from getting a goal against them. Jurand Bryk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raphael Cunha in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute of the match Jenipapo SC got a corner. Bairoletto FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arsenio Gipuzkoa ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Vinicio Junior got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-5. 36 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bairoletto FC's zone, Maurício Arósio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jurand Bryk came out of the goal and Maurício Arósio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th match minute, Bairoletto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Bernard to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aníbal Alagoano in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jurand Bryk saved Bairoletto FC from getting behind. In the 55th minute, Vinicio Junior made a precise shot to the right of Jurand Bryk. Bairoletto FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. 58 minutes into the game, Aníbal Alagoano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Jurand Bryk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 60 minutes into the game, Tomás Bernard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bairoletto FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jenipapo SC the free kick. Tomás Bernard kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 62 played minutes Bairoletto FC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Satordi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Junior in the 69th minute of play forced Bairoletto FC's goalkeeper Jurand Bryk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jenipapo SC's David Seaman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Satordi in the 70th minute of play. Jenipapo SC's Aníbal Alagoano got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 82 minutes, Vinicio Junior made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Bairoletto FC's Jurand Bryk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 85 minutes, Raphael Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jenipapo SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raphael Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Maurício Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jenipapo SC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
