Vello Landi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Morientes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Panait Maxim in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vello Landi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th minute Fernando Morientes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vello Landi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Adrianinho Maciel in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Olimpia HSB's Fernando Morientes. In the 17th minute, Fabian Czeszejko made a precise shot to the right of Vello Landi. OxentePaisa Salcity's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Vello Landi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabian Czeszejko went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Adrianinho Maciel made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Joshua Cumming. Vello Landi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Czeszejko, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th match minute, OxentePaisa Salcity was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrianinho Maciel to maneuver through the defense. Vello Landi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Walczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute Fabian Czeszejko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vello Landi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 minutes of play, Olimpia HSB's Fabian Czeszejko made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vello Landi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vello Landi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Czeszejko in the 44th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luiz Guilherme Paraense made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Olimpia HSB's Fabian Czeszejko slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vello Landi. That made the score 0-5 after 52 minutes of play. Olimpia HSB's Wilfredo Vellito managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gogo Lopes in the 57 minute of the game. In the 59th minute, Fabian Czeszejko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vello Landi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. OxentePaisa Salcity's Erivaldo Maia managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fernando Morientes in the 66 minute of the game. 68 minutes into the game, Fabian Czeszejko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vello Landi. Fabian Czeszejko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Fabian Czeszejko took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Vello Landi to make any attempt to save it. Olimpia HSB's Zbyszko Skorny was substituted for Artur Walczak. Olimpia HSB's Tomáš Petrásek was substituted for Sixto Yanguas. Leon Piekarczyk was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Jacek Pietrowiak received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vello Landi came out and tried to block the shot, but Jacek Pietrowiak slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Gogo Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Olimpia HSB could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than OxentePaisa Salcity throughout the match.
