Fernando Morientes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucjan Sedzikowski having to interfere. Lucjan Sedzikowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Czeszejko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Olimpia HSB were awarded a corner. Fernando Morientes went to the cornerflag to take it. Tolek Kiszkiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vagn Kildebro, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Bai Yu Guo struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Tolek Kiszkiel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Randkleve. 18 minutes into the match, Fabian Czeszejko notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Randkleve's Lucjan Sedzikowski. Lucjan Sedzikowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Randkleve defense, Fabian Czeszejko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucjan Sedzikowski. The Randkleve fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucjan Sedzikowski should have stopped the shot. Tolek Kiszkiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shi Xiang Zhi in the 40th minute of the match. Shi Xiang Zhi scored 2-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tolek Kiszkiel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucjan Sedzikowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Czeszejko in the 46th minute of the match. When Fabian Czeszejko came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Olimpia HSB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Czeszejko couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Liu Hui Qi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Tolek Kiszkiel managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Randkleve's Liu Hui Qi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 53rd minute Fabian Czeszejko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Sedzikowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Czeszejko in the 55th minute of play forced Randkleve's goalkeeper Lucjan Sedzikowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basilio Ramírez made in the 73rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Al Bundy. Jacek Pietrowiak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucjan Sedzikowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. The throw-in from Tomáš Petrásek in the 80th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Randkleve's Bai Yu Guo. With his leg Tolek Kiszkiel managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Randkleve's Liu Hui Qi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 84thth minute of the game Jacek Pietrowiak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Randkleve's Lucjan Sedzikowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Basilio Ramírez made in the 89th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Olimpia HSB's Nikola Mirotić. Jacek Pietrowiak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucjan Sedzikowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Randkleve's Lucjan Sedzikowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacek Pietrowiak in the 95th minute of play. Olimpia HSB were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Randkleve for a fine match.
