After taking down the ball on Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's corner Serkan Yıldırım fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Andreas Andersson quite easily take care of the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goal looked a bit too open when Gong Qi Fan came free, but Tristan Franquis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Börna Bulldogs's Tristan Franquis threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gong Qi Fan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mümtaz Teren in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andreas Andersson saved Börna Bulldogs from getting behind. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gong Qi Fan was the one to do the kick off. Börna Bulldogs's Pawel Grabowicz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Feng Chuan Liang, made in the 55th minute of the game.
