Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Witalis Brysz to make the kick off. Capibaribe Stars's Daniel Sousa got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Poetass FC made a substitution. The corner led to Capibaribe Stars's Jarl Rossebø getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. José Maria Goiano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Sousa went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. José Maria Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Sousa in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Sousa came free, but José Maria Goiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thomás Toscano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zeng Xu Yuan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 90 minute of play.
