In the 6th minute Arif Çelebi Ergener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buturugã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, José Paulo do Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sulo Montaña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, LOI's Lech Blochowiak threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sulo Montaña, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. George Buturugã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aziz Koehler, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute of the match Tours Football Club got a corner. LOI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guy Jourdan ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Tours Football Club getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Guy Jourdan hit a great ball. Sulo Montaña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lech Blochowiak having to interfere. In the 34th minute Özgür Özbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lech Blochowiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tours Football Club's zone, Sulo Montaña stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lech Blochowiak came out of the goal and Sulo Montaña tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özgür Özbay in the 42nd minute of play forced Tours Football Club's goalkeeper Lech Blochowiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Faustin Hamet got free with George Buturugã in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tours Football Club made a substitution. Jim-André Van Landschoot replaced Charles-Emmanuel Camilleri. The throw-in from Özgür Özbay in the 63rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Tours Football Club's Antonin Couget. Faustin Hamet's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, George Buturugã skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sulo Montaña in the 68th minute of play forced Tours Football Club's goalkeeper Lech Blochowiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LOI made a substitution. Tayyip Taylan replaced Ahmet Hamdi Ortan. George Buturugã made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Faustin Hamet sent off a good shot on target. LOI's George Buturugã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyrille Jenny in the 88th minute of play. Lech Blochowiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sulo Montaña in the 89th minute of the match. LOI made a substitution. Kerimhan Cevher replaced Sulo Montaña. José Paulo do Nascimento hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Tayyip Taylan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lech Blochowiak. Tours Football Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 94th minute Özgür Özbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lech Blochowiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Tours Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Özgür Özbay came free, but Lech Blochowiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Although LOI had been in control for most of the match, Tours Football Club still came away with the win.
