Union Madereros's goal looked a bit too open when Wang Hong Le came free, but Luis Swain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 minutes Club Dep. Union Madereros's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mieszko Pionek who took care of the corner kick. Club Dep. Union Madereros's Luis Swain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wang Hong Le in the 24th minute of play. Sixto Janpier made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ismael Ourente. Luis Swain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wang Hong Le in the 34th minute of play.
