Melquiades Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Voicu in the 13th minute of play. Norbert Sroki hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalkeeper Melquiades Amor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Voicu. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalkeeper Melquiades Amor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Melquiades Amor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA from getting a goal against them. After 26 minutes, Norbert Sroki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA and the VILLARREAL UNITED players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Valentin Voicu made the kick off in the second half. Melquiades Amor came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by VILLARREAL UNITED's Valentin Voicu. But to his dismay, Valentin Voicu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Robert Bambas kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Valentin Voicu notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Melquiades Amor. Melquiades Amor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 63 minutes into the match, Florian Pruss had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melquiades Amor. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florian Pruss was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 69 minutes in the game Robert Bambas did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Egídio Magalhães. 71 minutes into the game, VILLARREAL UNITED's Valentin Voicu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Amor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Melquiades Amor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Voicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Voicu in the 82nd minute of play forced CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalkeeper Melquiades Amor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nofre Madariaga's late challenge caught a CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nofre Madariaga helped the player get up and apologised. Robert Bambas hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Melquiades Amor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Voicu in the 90th minute of play. Felippe Paranaense's late challenge caught a VILLARREAL UNITED's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felippe Paranaense helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd minute, Felippe Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute Yusuf Kaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Amor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 96 minutes CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Delmar Campello who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Yusuf Kaya managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. VILLARREAL UNITED had won after a very even match.
