In the 5thth minute of the game Eskil Lindblom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cura del Futbol's Arnaldo Corderun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Eskil Lindblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arnaldo Corderun made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Eskil Lindblom sent off a good shot on target. 11 minutes into the match, Eskil Lindblom dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arnaldo Corderun, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eskil Lindblom in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnaldo Corderun saved Cura del Futbol from getting behind. After 24 minutes Cura del Futbol's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hudson Falcão who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Fernando Dominguez heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 26 minutes into the match, Abasto fútbol club's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Gergori came free, but Angelino Roldan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Eskil Lindblom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnaldo Corderun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hudson Falcão in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute Abasto fútbol club were awarded a corner. Hudson Falcão went to the cornerflag to take it. After 42 played minutes Cura del Futbol got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Erik Nordal. After having played for 43 minutes, Hudson Falcão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abasto fútbol club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hudson Falcão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. İlhan Sanih fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Corderun having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Hudson Falcão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 58th minute, Karl-Erik Nordal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abasto fútbol club's Alex Burgos was substituted for Fernando Dominguez. Abasto fútbol club's Adolfo Reno was substituted for Claudio-Paul Caniggia. Abasto fútbol club's Norberto Tiadoro was substituted for Eskil Lindblom. In the 60th minute, Karl-Erik Nordal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnaldo Corderun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hudson Falcão, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Burgos in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnaldo Corderun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 68th minute, Alex Burgos made a precise shot to the right of Arnaldo Corderun. Cura del Futbol's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Norberto Tiadoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Corderun having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Alex Burgos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnaldo Corderun was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Arnaldo Corderun came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Abasto fútbol club's Norberto Tiadoro. But to his dismay, Norberto Tiadoro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Arnaldo Corderun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Burgos in the 83rd minute of the match. Arnaldo Corderun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Tiadoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Arnaldo Corderun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Burgos went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Abasto fútbol club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
