Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Squadra Demarchi's Claudinho Pinho started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eskil Lindblom took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Saldanha. Oscar Saldanha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Claudio-Paul Caniggia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Oscar Saldanha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9thth minute of the game Eskil Lindblom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oscar Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eskil Lindblom in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Eskil Lindblom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oscar Saldanha. Squadra Demarchi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eskil Lindblom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 20thth minute of the game Eskil Lindblom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eskil Lindblom blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oscar Saldanha having to make a save. If Eskil Lindblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eskil Lindblom in the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute Abasto fútbol club were awarded a corner. Hudson Falcão went to the cornerflag to take it. Eskil Lindblom took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Saldanha. Oscar Saldanha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Eskil Lindblom sped through Squadra Demarchi's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oscar Saldanha. Claudio-Paul Caniggia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Oscar Saldanha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Abasto fútbol club fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Abasto fútbol club's Eskil Lindblom looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 46 played minutes Squadra Demarchi got a freekick which was hit by Paulinho Paraibano. Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio-Paul Caniggia in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eskil Lindblom to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eskil Lindblom in the 51st minute of play forced Squadra Demarchi's goalkeeper Oscar Saldanha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Dominguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Saldanha having to interfere. If Fernando Dominguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abasto fútbol club's Alex Burgos was substituted for Fernando Dominguez. Abasto fútbol club's Adolfo Reno was substituted for Claudio-Paul Caniggia. Oscar Saldanha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Norberto Tiadoro went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Alex Burgos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Oscar Saldanha firmly grabbed it by the left post. Angelino Roldan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinho Pinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. A hard shot 74 in the game by Norberto Tiadoro from a close distance when the talented Oscar Saldanha managed to make a qualified save. Squadra Demarchi's players were relieved. Oscar Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Tiadoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Angelino Roldan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kléber Queirós, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolfo Reno got free with Oscar Saldanha in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Norberto Tiadoro in the 85th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Oscar Saldanha kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-8 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Oscar Saldanha came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Abasto fútbol club's Norberto Tiadoro. But to his dismay, Norberto Tiadoro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. 93 minutes into the game, Kléber Queirós was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Squadra Demarchi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Abasto fútbol club the free kick. Kléber Queirós hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Norberto Tiadoro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Abasto fútbol club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10.
