Cesar Romildo was slow to take the kick. During this time Defensores de Mar de Ajó's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Inautzi Quesada managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 17th minute, Luis-Carlos Gay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cesar Romildo made a great header on Defensores de Mar de Ajó's corner, it was just that Real Marabino's Dime La Rocca managed to reach the ball for a save. Gogo Elequemedo ran back to his position shaking his head. Dime La Rocca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Elequemedo in the 96th minute of play. Real Marabino's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
