Benoit Van Bettenrode ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kleopas Plouffe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 10th minute of play. Radowit Trzaskoma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Elequemedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Ludomil Narbut in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Placido Llanos. 17 minutes into the match, FA Sandtown's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Elequemedo came free, but Radowit Trzaskoma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper Kleopas Plouffe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aleksander Kissel. Aleksander Kissel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kleopas Plouffe came out and tried to block the shot, but Aleksander Kissel slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 18th minute. Kleopas Plouffe made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Aleksander Kissel sent off a good shot on target. Kleopas Plouffe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benoit Van Bettenrode, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Romildo in the 35th minute of play forced FA Sandtown's goalkeeper Radowit Trzaskoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Placido Llanos got a free kick in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper Kleopas Plouffe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aleksander Kissel. Aleksander Kissel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Kleopas Plouffe made a huge save. 47 minutes into the match, Janusz Koczara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kleopas Plouffe. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Janusz Koczara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gogo Elequemedo made a kick off. The supporters of FA Sandtown booed when Defensores de Mar de Ajó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Llanos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd match minute, FA Sandtown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radomil Barys to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute of the match FA Sandtown got a corner. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ludomil Narbut ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led FA Sandtown's Ludomil Narbut to fire away a dangerous shot which Kleopas Plouffe despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sebastian Larsson kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Sebastian Larsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FA Sandtown fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0.
