The referee ignored Formentera's protests and gave Amador Modestio a yellow card for diving instead. Amador Modestio kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Seyhan Atlıhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Lauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. With a little luck, Vikingos FC's Sebastián Sosa got control of the ball when Domingo Urki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Formentera's Seyhan Atlıhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Lauro in the 38th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vladimiro Lauro to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Marek Torm fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Seyhan Atlıhan, passed just outside the right post.
