But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lamine Xande couldn't finish the play. Xande Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomasz Sobania, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xande Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Matela, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 17th minute Tomasz Sobania shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xande Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind New Joinville - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Xande Buffon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xande Buffon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomasz Sobania went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Xande Buffon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomasz Sobania's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomasz Sobania in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xande Buffon saved New Joinville - FSCMZ from getting behind. In the 27th minute Tomasz Sobania shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xande Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, New Joinville - FSCMZ's Xande Musiala got a free kick in the 31st minute. Xande Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdzislaw Witek, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Emílio Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Soczewki Gliwice's Kacem von Felten got a free kick in the 44th minute. Xande Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomasz Sobania, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The New Joinville - FSCMZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Soczewki Gliwice were winning 0-1.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomasz Sobania got free with Xande Buffon in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomasz Sobania's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Xande Buffon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tomasz Sobania could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Xande Buffon made a huge save. Tomasz Sobania might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xande Buffon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomasz Sobania ran back to his position shaking his head. Xande Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomasz Sobania in the 60th minute of the match. Xande Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Matela in the 67th minute of play. Tomasz Sobania might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xande Buffon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomasz Sobania ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Soczewki Gliwice's zone, Xandinho Kane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damazy Kensicki came out of the goal and Xandinho Kane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. New Joinville - FSCMZ made a substitution.
