David Batuhin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Niculae Ailenei made a huge save. Fulgencio Villalcazar came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Bazellatin F.C.'s Kunga King. But to his dismay, Kunga King quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 20 minutes of play, Bazellatin F.C.'s Kunga King made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fulgencio Villalcazar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rafael Maria Píriz struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Fulgencio Villalcazar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bazellatin F.C.. Horea Băieșu struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Niculae Ailenei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuatrodeocho. Nail Horan's late challenge caught a Bazellatin F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nail Horan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th minute, Nail Horan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bazellatin F.C.'s Niculae Ailenei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sid Wilson in the 29th minute of play. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Amadeu Bessa sped through Cuatrodeocho's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fulgencio Villalcazar. 37 minutes into the match, Bazellatin F.C.'s goalkeeper Niculae Ailenei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horea Băieșu. Niculae Ailenei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Batuhin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bazellatin F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sid Wilson was slow to take the kick. During this time Cuatrodeocho's players had a chance to rest. 46 minutes into the match, Cuatrodeocho's goal looked a bit too open when Kunga King came free, but Fulgencio Villalcazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

In the 55th minute Bazellatin F.C. were awarded a corner. Amadeu Bessa went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Marty Bettney heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. With his leg Fulgencio Villalcazar managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Bazellatin F.C.'s Kunga King fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kunga King blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fulgencio Villalcazar having to make a save. In the 64th minute Kunga King shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Villalcazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cuatrodeocho's Belarmino Campos got a free kick in the 65th minute. Bazellatin F.C. made a substitution. Dimosthenis Tsimilis replaced Marty Bettney. Belarmino Campos made in the 71st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Iván Villafane immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Maria Píriz in the 72nd minute of play forced Cuatrodeocho's goalkeeper Fulgencio Villalcazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bazellatin F.C.'s zone, David Batuhin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niculae Ailenei came out of the goal and David Batuhin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gábor Gyepes made in the 82nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ramiro Oliverio immediately put the ball in play. Dan Hasselqvist was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 89 minutes into the match, Bazellatin F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Iván Villafane came free, but Niculae Ailenei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Cuatrodeocho defense, Kunga King kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fulgencio Villalcazar. The Cuatrodeocho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fulgencio Villalcazar should have stopped the shot. Niculae Ailenei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iván Villafane in the 95th minute of play. Cuatrodeocho's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by David Batuhin in the 96th minute. The Bazellatin F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
