An unexpectedly hard shot by Mamadou Clermont in the 31st minute of play forced Cuatrodeocho's goalkeeper Fulgencio Villalcazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, one of Cuatrodeocho:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cuatrodeocho. Cuatrodeocho's Belarmino Campos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by François Perre in the 36 minute of the game. 42 minutes into the game, David Batuhin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Eliseu do Valle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Batuhin made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tobias Siggman got free with Fulgencio Villalcazar in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eliseu do Valle came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Cuatrodeocho's David Batuhin. But to his dismay, David Batuhin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The supporters of Cuatrodeocho booed when corsaire nantais was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Siggman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd match minute, corsaire nantais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Siggman to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, corsaire nantais's Tobias Siggman got a free kick in the 64th minute. Andy Entrena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu do Valle having to interfere. After 90 played minutes corsaire nantais got a freekick which was hit by Mamadou Clermont. Tobias Siggman came free with the goalkeeper in the 92nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fulgencio Villalcazar could save by the left post. Fulgencio Villalcazar was a little too slow when Tobias Siggman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 4-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cuatrodeocho had won after a very even match.
