Stig-Åke Rosendahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Sundens BK's Axel Martinsson got control of the ball when Stig-Åke Rosendahl tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 40th minute, Gustaw Niewiadomski fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Axel Martinsson, passed just outside the right post. When Stig-Åke Rosendahl came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Fortuna 86 Szczecin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig-Åke Rosendahl couldn't finish the play. Stipe Pletikosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cao Ting Ting, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sundens BK's Gert Wickander got a free kick in the 46th minute. 4-0 became the score in the 47th minute when Stig-Åke Rosendahl elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Fortuna 86 Szczecin made a substitution. Roberto Nirvana replaced Stig-Åke Rosendahl. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fortuna 86 Szczecin fully deserved thier win.
