Academia Monte Gordo's Mao Zhen Hong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoil Pequeño in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, Academia Monte Gordo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Tiso to maneuver through the defense. A sloppy throw-in by Luciano Tiso in the 13th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Deportivo ScrugenFC's Regis Padriña. Zoil Pequeño blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mao Zhen Hong having to make a save. 16 minutes into the game, Zoil Pequeño cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mao Zhen Hong was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fabrício Lustosa hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Regis Padriña managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luciano Tiso in the 30 minute of the game. Zoil Pequeño might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mao Zhen Hong. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zoil Pequeño ran back to his position shaking his head. Mao Zhen Hong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zoil Pequeño in the 33rd minute of play. Mao Zhen Hong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoil Pequeño in the 35th minute of the match. After 35 played minutes Academia Monte Gordo got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Silva. In the 37th minute, one of Academia Monte Gordo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Academia Monte Gordo. Jose Boldu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrício Lustosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Academia Monte Gordo were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Deportivo ScrugenFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adolfo Silva took the corner. After taking down the ball on Academia Monte Gordo's corner Adolfo Silva fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jose Boldu quite easily take care of the ball. After 47 minutes of play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zoil Pequeño made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mao Zhen Hong was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Mao Zhen Hong was a little too slow when Zoil Pequeño got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-3. 59 minutes into the match, Academia Monte Gordo's goal looked a bit too open when Zoil Pequeño came free, but Mao Zhen Hong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute Adolfo Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Boldu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pascual Mouricio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Boldu having to interfere. Deportivo ScrugenFC made a substitution. Leobardo Padierna replaced Zoil Pequeño. Academia Monte Gordo's Kartal Kartalov was substituted for Pascual Mouricio. After a rather tough play, Academia Monte Gordo's Luciano Tiso got a free kick in the 75th minute. Academia Monte Gordo's Dinei Sergipano was substituted for Adérito Abreu. The Deportivo ScrugenFC fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Deportivo ScrugenFC's Leobardo Padierna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mao Zhen Hong was a little too slow when Leobardo Padierna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 0-5. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zeng Jian Cheng was substituted for Doriva Saldanha. Leobardo Padierna received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mao Zhen Hong came out and tried to block the shot, but Leobardo Padierna slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 92nd minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Deportivo ScrugenFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
