In the 8thth minute of the game Ramon Raymundo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bahía é Carnaval's Mickael Wuyts was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Ramon Raymundo put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mickael Wuyts. Alfredão Massa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute of the match Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ got a corner. Bahía é Carnaval's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Donato Tesone ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ramon Raymundo struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Mickael Wuyts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ. If Ramon Raymundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mickael Wuyts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Tesone, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 29 minutes into the match, Nabucodonosor E.C. In the 45th minute Ciro Playo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Augusto Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafinha Massa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Mickael Wuyts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramon Raymundo to make the kick off. The supporters of Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ booed when Bahía é Carnaval was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astor Brais didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's Rafinha Massa got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 56 minutes, Vinicio Florin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bahía é Carnaval and the Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 67 minutes, Ramon Raymundo made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bahía é Carnaval's Mickael Wuyts tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bahía é Carnaval made a substitution. Conrado Cambranes replaced Prospero Jakes. Bahía é Carnaval's Mickael Wuyts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Øyvind Gilje in the 71st minute of play. Mickael Wuyts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Øyvind Gilje in the 76th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Ramon Raymundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mickael Wuyts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, Øyvind Gilje cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Mickael Wuyts was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bahía é Carnaval's Desiderio Demario was substituted for Marciano Ferran. Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's Pedro Augusto Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Cambranes in the 92nd minute of play. Pedro Augusto Neto didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 93rd minute, which inside left pole to 4-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ fully deserved thier win.
