To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the match, Purple Shadows's goalkeeper Dobromir Keep had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Fantini. In the 18th minute, Anselmo Fantini reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dobromir Keep. The goal made the score 1-0. Luiz Eduardo Galvão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gorom Kanø's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Luiz Eduardo Galvão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gorom Kanø in the 22nd minute of play. Dobromir Keep took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sydney Ramalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Gorom Kanø's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Eduardo Galvão was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Fabian Penczkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gorom Kanø in the 39th managed to get into a good position. Gorom Kanøs short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Luiz Eduardo Galvão to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Anselmo Fantini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernesto Berger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Dobromir Keep tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Purple Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Manoel de Amorim came free, but Dobromir Keep reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
