With a left leg Léo Sampaio saved COURO COME FC from getting behind. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by COURO COME FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luiz Paulo do Valle was slow to take the kick. During this time Barrenta SC's players had a chance to rest. Léo Sampaio came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrenta SC's Urban Stenman. But to his dismay, Urban Stenman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. COURO COME FC's Léo Sampaio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save COURO COME FC from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd minute Agustín Tastzian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Léo Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. He walked away shaking his head. In the 36th minute Nildo Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the COURO COME FC defense, Urban Stenman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Léo Sampaio. The COURO COME FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Léo Sampaio should have stopped the shot.
