Luke Puig started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Khachatryan booed when Seferihisar İdman Gücü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceandro Belalcaraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bedrettin Münir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Merlin Castro in the 7th minute of the match. Tigran Balayan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceandro Belalcaraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Tigran Balayan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmondo Melani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sung McKinley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 17 minutes, Ceandro Belalcaraz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seferihisar İdman Gücü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ceandro Belalcaraz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bedrettin Münir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Paulíny, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Rick Grimes hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Luke Puig hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 34th match minute, Khachatryan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bin Baresi to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Albert Paulíny managed to get in a good position for a shot. Khachatryan's supporters rose to their feet, but Albert Paulíny was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bedrettin Münir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zé Augusto Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Seferihisar İdman Gücü's Bedrettin Münir got control of the ball when Merlin Castro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bedrettin Münir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Merlin Castro in the 45th minute of play. If Ceandro Belalcaraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Khachatryan's Wawrzyniec Budrewicz was substituted for Petros Oganesyan. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Merlin Castro was the one to do the kick off. Seferihisar İdman Gücü's Bedrettin Münir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Merlin Castro in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Khachatryan's Wawrzyniec Budrewicz got a free kick in the 59th minute. When Ceandro Belalcaraz fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seferihisar İdman Gücü's protests and gave Ceandro Belalcaraz a yellow card for diving instead. Ceandro Belalcaraz kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Albert Paulíny's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bedrettin Münir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Ceandro Belalcaraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tigran Balayan having to interfere. A nice corner shot did that Rick Grimes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tigran Balayan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Khachatryan's Albert Paulíny got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Seferihisar İdman Gücü's Gencer Benlioğlu was substituted for Zafer Özçelik. Seferihisar İdman Gücü's Bedrettin Münir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Paulíny in the 87th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Seferihisar İdman Gücü's Luke Puig got a free kick in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Seferihisar İdman Gücü's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Paulíny came free, but Bedrettin Münir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Seferihisar İdman Gücü's goalkeeper Bedrettin Münir, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Albert Paulíny's late challenge caught a Seferihisar İdman Gücü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albert Paulíny helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Khachatryan getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Albert Paulíny hit a great ball. Khachatryan's Tigran Balayan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Khachatryan from getting a goal against them.
