Valerio Spadoni who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Flávio de Azevedo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ariel Mourelatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrão Pereira in the 14th minute of play. Ruperto Modestio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Flávio de Azevedo made a huge save. Valerio Spadoni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Flávio de Azevedo made a huge save. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Landulfos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flávio de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute, Tiaguinho Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valerio Spadoni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flávio de Azevedo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valerio Spadoni in the 43rd minute of play forced Landulfos FC's goalkeeper Flávio de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amboy FC were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after Landulfos FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wang Hai took the corner. In the 45th match minute, Amboy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Alberto Abascal to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rdth minute of the game Danilo de Godoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Amboy FC's Ariel Mourelatos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flávio de Azevedo was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. The Amboy FC fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Amboy FC's Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The supporters of Landulfos FC booed when Amboy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruce Cornforth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ariel Mourelatos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrão Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Amboy FC had won after a very even match.
