Baez FC's Horacio Jesus Carvallo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radamel Oakley in the 11th minute of play. Horacio Jesus Carvallo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radamel Oakley in the 11th minute of play. After 14 minutes of play, Surahammar's Victor Santxol made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horacio Jesus Carvallo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jan Lindström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thalis Papazisis in the 17th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Victor Santxol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horacio Jesus Carvallo was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Santxol in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Jesus Carvallo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A sloppy throw-in by Frank De Jong in the 34th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Surahammar's Mark Brovall. In the 36th minute, Radamel Oakley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Surahammar's Radamel Oakley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horacio Jesus Carvallo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jan Lindström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thalis Papazisis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank De Jong's late challenge caught a Surahammar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frank De Jong helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Frank De Jong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

52 minutes into the match, Surahammar's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Balonek came free, but Jan Lindström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th match minute, Baez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank De Jong to maneuver through the defense. The Baez FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Surahammar's performance. The match ended with a win for Surahammar.
