Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Feliberto Batista started the match with the kick off. Tales Donato kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After 8 played minutes Xandeco FC got a freekick which was hit by Tales Donato. After 9 played minutes, Grütly's Guido Olentzaro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Guga de Azevedo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Grütly reached it. In the 11th minute Feliberto Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guga de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Elpidio Gabrio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grütly fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 17th minute, Feliberto Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feliberto Batista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 played minutes Xandeco FC got a freekick which was hit by Lino Vander. 24 minutes into the match, Grütly's Feliberto Batista sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guga de Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Grütly's Epifanio Boniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Balkiewicz in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Xandeco FC were awarded a corner. Lino Vander went to the cornerflag to take it. Nicolas Nóbrega made a great header on Xandeco FC's corner, it was just that Grütly's Epifanio Boniel managed to reach the ball for a save. Guga de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Batista in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Nicolas Nóbrega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Boniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grütly's Epifanio Boniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Nóbrega in the 32nd minute of play. Guga de Azevedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Luiz Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Boniel having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Grütly's Feliberto Batista sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guga de Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Nicolas Nóbrega could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which Epifanio Boniel however easily saved by the left post. After the first half Grütly were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Edmund Balkiewicz made the kick off in the second half. Guga de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Gabrio in the 55th minute of play. Fidel Gomesano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Guga de Azevedo made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Elpidio Gabrio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guga de Azevedo was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. 65 minutes into the match, Elpidio Gabrio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guga de Azevedo. Xandeco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elpidio Gabrio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 67thth minute of the game Elpidio Gabrio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xandeco FC's Guga de Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xandeco FC's Guga de Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Xandeco FC from getting a goal against them. Guga de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Gabrio in the 71st minute of the match. Antônio Martins hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A collision led to Xandeco FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Antônio Martins hit a great ball. Elpidio Gabrio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guga de Azevedo having to make a save. In the 73rd minute Elpidio Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guga de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Xandeco FC booed when Grütly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Tauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xandeco FC's Guga de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Gabrio in the 82nd minute of play. Xandeco FC made a substitution. Geraldo Palmeira replaced Antônio Martins. After 84 minutes Xandeco FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Guido Olentzaro who took care of the corner kick. Guga de Azevedo was a little too slow when Elpidio Gabrio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 0-6. In the 89thth minute of the game Nicolas Nóbrega who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grütly's Epifanio Boniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 95 minutes of play, Grütly's Elpidio Gabrio made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guga de Azevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there!
