In the 6thth minute of the game Angel Abella who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glyka Nera FC's Narciso Eusko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 9 played minutes, Glyka Nera FC's Kostas Kalamaridis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Iker Abalos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Glyka Nera FC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by He Zheng Xing in the 12th minute of play forced CENTAURO's goalkeeper Iker Abalos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute of the match Glyka Nera FC got a corner. CENTAURO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kostas Kalamaridis ran over to the corner to take the kick. Iker Abalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from He Zheng Xing in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Glyka Nera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gualterio Jayvier came free, but Narciso Eusko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Stig-Inge Nymoen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 36 minutes into the game, Pastor Valery was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CENTAURO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glyka Nera FC the free kick. The supporters of Glyka Nera FC booed when CENTAURO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Valery didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iker Abalos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from He Zheng Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in CENTAURO's zone, Stig-Inge Nymoen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Abalos came out of the goal and Stig-Inge Nymoen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iker Abalos made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Stig-Inge Nymoen sent off a good shot on target. Evelio Sasoin scored 1-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Narciso Eusko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
In the 52ndth minute of the game He Zheng Xing who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CENTAURO's Iker Abalos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 55th match minute, CENTAURO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Mannuel to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by He Zheng Xing in the 56th minute of play forced CENTAURO's goalkeeper Iker Abalos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that He Zheng Xing's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iker Abalos was relentless in the 60th minute of the game.
