Hoberg United's Knut Grevad tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 8 minutes into the match, Otto Scherbaum had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Knut Grevad. Hoberg United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Otto Scherbaum was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nilson Freire during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 15 minutes into the match, Hoberg United's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Reha Pekel came free, but Knut Grevad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Zemantauskas FC booed when Hoberg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jochum Kurdahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hoberg United's zone, Ferdi Saksø stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Knut Grevad came out of the goal and Ferdi Saksø tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bertil Arneborg's late challenge caught a Zemantauskas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bertil Arneborg helped the player get up and apologised. Bertil Arneborg hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Humberto Terra, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After having played for 23 minutes, Otto Scherbaum managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zemantauskas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Otto Scherbaum was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Knut Grevad came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Zemantauskas FC's Ahmet Reha Pekel. But to his dismay, Ahmet Reha Pekel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Knut Grevad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otto Scherbaum in the 30th minute of the match. Ahmet Reha Pekel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Knut Grevad having to make a save. Ferdi Saksø blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Knut Grevad having to make a save. Knut Grevad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otto Scherbaum, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 36th match minute, Hoberg United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rikki Østgaard to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Ahmet Reha Pekel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Knut Grevad. Knut Grevad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Téo de Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After some careless play in the Hoberg United defense, Ferdi Saksø kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Knut Grevad. The Hoberg United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Knut Grevad should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Jochum Kurdahl made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Hoberg United's zone, Otto Scherbaum stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Knut Grevad came out of the goal and Otto Scherbaum tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 53 minutes of play, Zemantauskas FC's Otto Scherbaum made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Knut Grevad was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 56th minute, Zemantauskas FC's Ahmet Reha Pekel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Knut Grevad. Knut Grevad yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Otto Scherbaum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knut Grevad having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Zemantauskas FC's Humberto Terra got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute, Reinhardt Bramstrup hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferdi Saksø scored 0-8 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Knut Grevad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Otto Scherbaum could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Knut Grevad made a huge save. Hoberg United's Knut Grevad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Hoberg United from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Zemantauskas FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Otto Scherbaum hit a great ball. After 69 minutes, Teddi Engbøl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hoberg United and the Zemantauskas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th minute, Teddi Engbøl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Otto Scherbaum's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Knut Grevad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Knut Grevad made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Otto Scherbaum sent off a good shot on target. If Otto Scherbaum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Hoberg United's zone, Ahmet Reha Pekel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Knut Grevad came out of the goal and Ahmet Reha Pekel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute, Ferdi Saksø ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Knut Grevad was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Ferdi Saksø took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Knut Grevad. Knut Grevad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. In the 84th minute, Ahmet Reha Pekel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Knut Grevad was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. The crowd rose to their feet as William Cavalcante kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Knut Grevad. That made the score 0-12 in the 88 minute of play. With splendid footwork Ahmet Reha Pekel arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-13 by the left pole in the game's 92nd minute. Ahmet Reha Pekel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Knut Grevad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bertil Arneborg kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Ahmet Reha Pekel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Knut Grevad came out and tried to block the shot, but Ahmet Reha Pekel slotted it home off the left post making it 0-14 in the 98th minute. The Hoberg United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Zemantauskas FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
