Tyrone Marrero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Daniel Grønningsæter when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Roman Rollins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trond Soltveit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Trond Soltveit in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roman Rollins saved Boca Juniors from getting behind. Ernie Dixon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Grønningsæter having to interfere. Roman Rollins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Feldthaus in the 30th minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Pladask's Daniel Grønningsæter got control of the ball when Jason Stuart tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomáš Kolek in the 33rd minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Roman Rollins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Roman Rollins managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when FC Pladask's James Feldthaus fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Boca Juniors's Roman Rollins proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Boca Juniors from getting a goal against them. In the 54th minute, FC Pladask's James Feldthaus dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. James Feldthaus did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Roman Rollins 60 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the game, one of Boca Juniors:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Roman Rollins had in the 65thth minute some difficulties stopping Kjetil-André Grønseth's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball After some careless play in the Boca Juniors defense, Kjetil-André Grønseth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roman Rollins. The Boca Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roman Rollins should have stopped the shot. Roman Rollins made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomáš Kolek in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute, Christian Risnes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trond Soltveit in the 74th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Roman Rollins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boca Juniors's Quentin Bullard was substituted for Thanos Sapalidis. 81 minutes into the match, FC Pladask's goal looked a bit too open when Tyrone Marrero came free, but Daniel Grønningsæter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. James Feldthaus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Roman Rollins made a huge save. In the 90th minute Neil Kemp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Grønningsæter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. James Feldthaus might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roman Rollins. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. James Feldthaus ran back to his position shaking his head. Boca Juniors made a substitution. Cyryl Karpinski replaced Tyrone Marrero. In the 95th minute of the match, James Feldthaus got a very nice opportunity to score, but Roman Rollins was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trond Soltveit in the 97th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Roman Rollins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Pladask eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
